Life is too short to drink bad Wine

The history of wine in Mallorca dates back to the Romans who introduced the cultivation of grapevines to the island and rivalled Italy’s finest at the time. Since then Viticulture has become a core part of Mallorca with many varieties specific to the island such as Callet, Prensal Blanc, Montenegro, and Malvasia to name a few.

Every year we attend the Pollenca Wine Festival where many of the islands producers showcase their wine and we get to taste the wines we can offer.

As many of the vineyards only produce a small amount of wine each year, much of it does not leave the island. It is a fantastic opportunity to try some absolutely amazing hidden gems whilst on the Island.
