Our family experienced a very special celebratory meal when Mark cooked for us.
Not only was his knowledge of local cuisine extensive, the quality and presentation was excellent. Mark sorted all aspects of the service ensuring we had a very relaxing evening. Explaining the dishes and bringing herbs from his garden was just a lovely personal touch. We loved the wine pairing too!

We booked Mark to help us with the catering for a week long large group holiday. Mark made the week so easy and it meant that we could enjoy quality time with friends and family without worrying about feeding them all! Along with cooking us five meals across the week, Mark prepared and left us with breakfast and lunch items that we could serve ourselves. Mark also provided us with a pre arrival shopping service which included some fantastic local wines. The meals that Mark served us were superb and all beautifully presented using fresh local ingredients. Mark is friendly, professional and helpful in that he was able to adapt to our changing plans during the week. This is the second time we have used Mark and we would have no hesitation in recommending him or using him again in the future.

We have just returned home from Pollensa and the evening when Mark cooked for us will always be remembered as one of the highlights of our holiday. Not only delicious food but so much attention to detail and perfect timing to suit our young granddaughter, no prep no clearing up, what's not to like. Mark even mopped the kitchen floor afterwards, it was like he had never been there but we have the lovely memories to keep forever. Our evening with Mark was wonderful - the luxury of having someone prepare an incredible meal in your villa is superb - no worrying about food shopping, prep or washing up, and the kids were catered for too. Their review was as glowing as ours which with such a mixed age group is proof in itself of Mark's skills! The adults menu was imaginative, fresh and local, and we were really impressed with Mark's knowledge of suppliers within just a couple of miles of our villa. The presentation was fantastic, and Mark was a pleasure to have in the house - friendly but also quietly industrious - giving us the opportunity to sit around the table enjoying our food and wine with our friends.
I would recommend Mark wholeheartedly, but I also want to book him for an entire week next year so I'm loathe to shout too loudly! Thanks so much Mark!

Huge thanks to Mark for cooking the most wonderful meal for our party of seven at our villa. We wanted a relaxed meal of local tapas and paella, all of which was absolutely delicious. Mark was incredibly responsive and helpful with choosing the menu and all aspects were very organised and efficient. For the quality of service and food it was also really good value. We were also very grateful to Mark for his local advice. My only wish is that we had booked Mark for several more evenings and took up his offer to provide the wine.

Mark looked after our party of 10 for 2 nights whilst we were in Mallorca. Food was interesting, tasty and beautifully prepared and served. Mark was also very helpful prior to our visit in terms of making suggestions for dishes and combinations that would appeal to a group with ages ranging from 20 to 91! Everything was cleared away after the meal and the kitchen left spotless. We have already recommended Mark to friends who are coming back to Mallorca in 2026 and would have no hesitation in recommending Mark to anyone who is considering catering services at their holiday villa.

The food was so delicious and Mark took big interest in what we wanted before we arrived. It was nice to go to a restaurant, but in your own house - very relaxing and nice.
