Having just spent a week in Majorca for a family wedding, we can't thank Mark enough for all his help, expertise and incredible cooking. From sorting out a pre-shop before our arrival, to catering for a post-wedding Paella party, Mark and his team took care of everything. We booked Mark to help us with the catering for a week long large group holiday. Mark made the week so easy and it meant that we could enjoy quality time with friends and family without worrying about feeding them all! Along with cooking us five meals across the week, Mark prepared and left us with breakfast and lunch items that we could serve ourselves. Mark also provided us with a pre arrival shopping service which included some fantastic local wines. The meals that Mark served us were superb and all beautifully presented using fresh local ingredients. Mark is friendly, professional and helpful in that he was able to adapt to our changing plans during the week. We have just returned home from Pollensa and the evening when Mark cooked for us will always be remembered as one of the highlights of our holiday. Not only delicious food but so much attention to detail and perfect timing to suit our young granddaughter, no prep no clearing up, what's not to like. Mark has been cooking for us on our family holidays to Mallorca since 2022. Initially in a rental properly but latterly in our own place. He is so hard working, flexible and friendly that you couldn’t ask for a better person in your villa. Moreover his food is fabulous. Everyone always asks us how we make a villa holiday actually feel like a holiday and I always reply that we have Mark, our secret holiday making weapon. He does the shopping, the food plan, the cooking, the kitchen cleaning, lays the table, stacks the dishwasher and even sorts us out with a pre dinner drink and snacks. I don’t have to lift a finger for 2 weeks and our kitchen is always spotless when he is there. I just wish I could book him for the whole summer! We also think it’s important to mention that his excellent knowledge of Minecraft is a winner with our 10yr old daughter.

Our evening with Mark was wonderful - the luxury of having someone prepare an incredible meal in your villa is superb - no worrying about food shopping, prep or washing up, and the kids were catered for too. Their review was as glowing as ours which with such a mixed age group is proof in itself of Mark's skills! The adults menu was imaginative, fresh and local, and we were really impressed with Mark's knowledge of suppliers within just a couple of miles of our villa. The presentation was fantastic, and Mark was a pleasure to have in the house - friendly but also quietly industrious - giving us the opportunity to sit around the table enjoying our food and wine with our friends.
I would recommend Mark wholeheartedly, but I also want to book him for an entire week next year so I'm loathe to shout too loudly! Thanks so much Mark!

Huge thanks to Mark for cooking the most wonderful meal for our party of seven at our villa. We wanted a relaxed meal of local tapas and paella, all of which was absolutely delicious. Mark looked after our party of 10 for 2 nights whilst we were in Mallorca. Food was interesting, tasty and beautifully prepared and served. Mark was also very helpful prior to our visit in terms of making suggestions for dishes and combinations that would appeal to a group with ages ranging from 20 to 91! Everything was cleared away after the meal and the kitchen left spotless.
